With our platform for interdisciplinary collaboration, we bring together engineers, scientists, clinicians, and industry partners to advance immuno engineering. Our founding academic members hail from the following UC San Diego powerhouses:

UC San Diego School of Medicine 

The Center has a strong translational focus. Our clinical applications target cancer, cardiovascular diseases, infectious disease, autoimmune diseases and allergies.

At the same time, we train the workforce that will translate bio-inspired immune system engineering advances into the marketplace.
